What you share

The form asks for your name, email, project summary, and message. Do not send card numbers, passwords, ID, health records, or other sensitive details.

Why we use it

We use it to review and answer requests, stop abuse, and keep records. We do not sell it or build ad profiles.

Site security

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. It may process basic visit and security data, and Turnstile helps block bots.

Other providers

Google Workspace handles email, Cloudflare runs the site, and Stripe handles payments. Some data may be processed outside Ontario.

Site numbers

We do not use ad cookies or marketing trackers. Simple page totals do not include names, emails, messages, payments, or portal IDs.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are set for deletion after 30 days unless needed for active work, security, legal, or accounting duties. Backups may expire later.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold, request a correction, withdraw consent where allowed, or raise a concern. We may first confirm your identity.
